This week,
we begin.

We don't lock the full project budget in one go. We start with a focused creative phase — together, we explore the directions, the worlds, the tonal range that QERAT 2026 could live in.

Once a direction is locked, the rest of the production scope is built around it. The total may sit close to the target ceiling, or land slightly higher if the direction calls for it. No surprises — every step is transparent.

Creative direction.
Concept, mood, narrative. We build 2-3 distinct creative directions for the campaign, present them, and lock the one that resonates most with the QERAT brand world.

Paris shoot.
One day in Paris, the QERAT pieces. Captured in a controlled studio environment with directorial supervision from Pestakle on set. The foundation everything else builds upon. We'll re-evaluate the final scope together once the creative direction is locked.

Phase I · Creative concept
Concept development.
We build 2-3 distinct creative directions for the campaign — including the narrative for the four universes. Moodboards, scripts, key visual references, casting references where the direction calls for it, and a final recommendation on which world QERAT should commit to. This phase is exploratory by design — it's where the campaign truly takes shape.

Phase II · Pre-production
Production setup.
Studio booked, shot list locked, casting confirmed if the chosen direction calls for talent. Coordination of the QERAT jewelry shipment from Kuwait to Paris (handled on QERAT side with insurance and convoyage), styling fittings, and final shoot day briefing.

Phase III · Paris shoot
One day, four worlds.
Studio shoot in Paris. The QERAT jewelry pieces captured in controlled lighting conditions with directorial supervision from Pestakle on set. We'll work to keep everything within the ~27k€ ceiling — if the chosen direction calls for models on set, the final figure may land slightly higher, re-evaluated together openly once Phase I is locked.

The four universes.
Pestakle's hybrid AI pipeline takes over. Atmospheres extended, environments composed, motion layered across all 18 posts. N°05 · Phased commitment

Phased, transparent.

The first commitment is small and focused — Phase I, the creative phase, payable this week to start work immediately. The full project budget is built progressively as the creative direction takes shape.

The figure on the right is a target ceiling we'll work toward together. Depending on the creative direction we lock in Phase I, the final scope may sit close to it or land slightly higher if the chosen direction calls for additional production means. No surprises — every shift is discussed openly before it happens.

As QERAT is established outside the European Union, no French VAT is applicable on this engagement (CGI article 259-1). Phase I payable on signature. Phases II-V scoped together at the end of the creative phase, with payments aligned to milestones.

Our recommendation is 18 posts — a curated grid built for impact, not saturation. If you want to sustain a higher posting frequency over three months (50–60 posts), we can produce the additional content. Each extra visual goes through the same full post-production pipeline: retouching, colour grading, composition, format adaptation. Volume doesn't lower the standard — it extends the scope.

Usage rights
Digital usage rights included in the base scope. Extended rights (OOH, print, broadcast, regional or global) scoped separately on request.
Revisions
Light revisions are included after we've validated the storyboards together — fine-tuning what's already in motion, not re-opening the brief. Larger revisions that require additional production means may be quoted separately, flagged openly and adjusted together.

To launch Phase I, we need the following from you — the sooner we have these, the faster we move.

A go-ahead on Phase I — we send the contract and invoice immediately, work starts on signature.
Send creative references
Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, or any campaign, editorial, or world that feels right — links, images, anything. For each reference, add a short note on what draws you to it — a color, a mood, a feeling. It helps us understand your taste beyond the image itself.
Share collection details
The animals, themes, and decorative motifs. Key colors, materials, or visual signatures. Approximate number of pieces at the event.
Send early product images
Phone shots, e-commerce images, anything that shows the pieces — even imperfect. We start building moodboards right away.
Billing information
Exact company name, registered address in Kuwait, and Commercial Registration number (CR number — equivalent of a French SIRET).
