What we would do
with Villa Uno.

You asked for a direction and a number that will not move. There are two ideas below. The first sits inside the budget you named. The second is where we ended up, and it costs more than you planned to spend.

What you told us.

Timeless, editorial, internationally positioned. Craft and details in close up. No voice over and no text on screen, because people should understand without reading. Those are your words and we did not move them.

You also told us the guests save their most creative looks for these five days. That sentence is the whole reason for the second idea below. The people you want on screen are already walking through your doors every year.

The villa stays a symbol rather than a location. Home, belonging, arrival. The first house, the one people come back to.

What we tested this week
The garments and the jewellery
No shoot needed.
We put the hardest pieces through the pipeline: velvet, beadwork, sheer layers, hand embroidery. They hold. That is what lets us land inside the budget you named, and it is why neither idea below carries a shoot.

One film, or a series.

N°01 · The two ideas
Idea one · inside your budget
I.
One take,
one world.

We started from a simple question: what does Villa Uno feel like from the inside? One continuous take moves through its world, its places and its moments, carried by one character, and the brand builds itself around the movement. Forty five to sixty seconds, cut down for vertical.

Looking for references we landed on La Bomba, the Jacquemus film. It does the thing we were after: it puts a world on screen and lets one character speak inside it. We are not remaking it. We want the device, not the film, and the world would be yours.

Idea two · where we ended up
II.
Several faces,
several values.

Then we kept pulling on it. You told us Villa Uno gives itself a new creative direction every year. A series can be that direction: one value per scene, each scene standing on its own, all of them making the campaign.

You name the values, we propose how many scenes they need and how long each one runs. The figure moves with the scale of what we end up making, not with a count.

Not a new format, a narrow club. Miu Miu has run Women's Tales since 2011 and is on its 32nd film. Gucci released seven episodes in a week with Gus Van Sant. Burberry made seven, one per face. Moncler built five around five values, Ferragamo seven chapters inside one villa, Balenciaga a trilogy with Celine Song. The trend, written up

N°02 · Either way

I.
No shoot.
We tested the hardest pieces this week. Velvet, embroidery, beadwork and sheer layers all hold, so no shoot is needed. One film came out of it, and it is on the test page. Nothing gets shipped to Paris and nobody flies anywhere.

II.
The direction.
The world, the light, the palette, the wardrobe pairing, the cut. All of it locked with you before a single frame is generated.

III.
How we work.
Ideation first, then a mood board, then small drawn storyboards so you see the scenes before anything is generated. Nothing goes into production until you have said yes to the boards.
Before any generation

IV.
Into the room.
You asked for the campaign and the floor to feel like one thing, so that visitors walk into the world they saw online. The scenes are built with that in mind, and the pieces we hand over are made to be reused on the floor and in the posts.

N°04 · A floor and a ceiling

What it costs.

One film sits at sixteen thousand, the figure you named. The series runs from eighteen to twenty five thousand depending on the scale of what we make together, not on a count of scenes.

We land there because there is no shoot. The garment tests we ran this week are what make that possible, and both columns stay under what QERAT cost you.

Dream Expoon its own page
There is no shoot in either idea as things stand, which is what brings the figure down. If you decide you want one, it is quoted on top. Dream Expo Company is established outside the European Union, so no French VAT applies (CGI art. 259-1). Same phasing as QERAT: a first commitment on your go, the rest on milestones.

What we need from you.

N°05 · To start
Four things. The first is the only one we cannot do without you.
The values
What people should feel at Villa Uno: a few values, keywords or big sentences. Write them roughly and we shape them with you.
Who the campaign has to reach
Your visitors, the designers you want to attract, or an audience beyond Kuwait. It changes the casting and the scenes, not the direction.
The designers and the pieces
Which houses are in, and what you want seen. Links to their shops are enough.
A go on one of the two
Tell us which idea. The values shape the rest, and we come back with how many scenes we would make.
